WI Supreme Court Accepts Appeal of Operton Case
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has agreed to hear LIRC’s appeal of the Court of Appeal’s decision in the Operton case, 2016 WI App 37, the first case to decide the meaning of “substantial fault” under s. 108.04(5g)(a) Stats.
